Town doesn't make a difference. It is a
state law that each towns fire chief or his designee inspect these tanks and sticker them. Fire Chiefs cannot chose at thier will to ignore a law. A tank that holds 120 gallons or more is in a whole different ball park. Thats why most tanks on truck are 119 gallons or less.
