I drove the back for 30 years but with the seals, bird closures and mung, I hardly think it's worth the money to get a permit. Get the night time parking lot permit (free at the CCNS HQ) and fish the beaches with parking.

ORV sections of the beach is virtually closed. Wouldn't expect this to change much by mid-June. Definitely no point in getting a sticker at this time. |
Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn.
