I think the first tax incentives for alternative fuels were issued in 2001 for the prius. Obama didn't create the program. Also, Obama didn't have anything to do with what amounts to a tax scam by GM. Grasping at straws on this one, Scott. No matter what, the bullet proof limos are going to get cruddy mileage anyway.
