There is no fishing on the public beach between certain hours and it is still left to the discretion of the lifeguards. The town can't afford lifeguards so there are none. LMAO! So a cop would actually have to drive, park and walk down to the beach in his shiny black shoes and ask you to stop but he can't ask you to leave.
Whatever happened to that law that says we have the right to fish below the high water mark as long as we do not cross private property to do it? Also if you pay to park in that lot what difference does it make to them?
