We had 14 fish worth of fillets with us (as allowed with our charter)
I dropped my clients off at the fed court house in boston.
These guys were all from either out of the country or state and were flying out later. I planned to vacuum seal all fillets, put in my freezer for 4-5 days then over night ship to one of the guys (you don't want to know what that cost)
Now I had myself, mate & 28 fillets on my boat.
I asked the guys what happens if I got boarded now ?
"we've never run across that before"
The people that chartered your boat are covered under your charter license fee which is about 65 bucks your cost. They did not need a license while on your charter boat unless you do not have that 65 dollar indorement.
