I had Timmah laminate me one and grommet it. I keep it on my plug bag so I don't ever have to worry about having it. Also have one in my wallet in case I'm out on someones boat. I've seen many DEM/MEP officers and not one has asked. Maybe it's because they see it on my plug bag or maybe they just don't care.
