I just checked my FED Registry and my card is up 9/16/11. Are you saying the FED card will cost me $15.00 to renew?
I just registered with Rhode Island, paid my $10.00 and got RI's salt water license.
I now have a free New Jersey and a $10.00 Rhode Island saltwater fishing license, according to MakoMike, I should be able to fish NY, Conn, RI, and Mass.
Will I still need to get the FED card?
