BTW - caught my second keeper Saturday darn near low tide in a river. Ate half that night - a little mccormack montrealsteak seasoning, rolled in breadcrumbs, fried in a Cast iron pan, very little olive oil and then into the oven under the broiler to brown the top.
MMMmmm tasty!!
