Im still sticking to my thought that 6 foot seas have not been sean at hope island since the last hurricane.
The Jamestown bridge area- Sure i believe that is possible...the tide roars through there at times, and when you have the wind pushing against those waves, things can get ugly. Same thing off castle hill..
