to save time and money don't make it a showboat, fix the floor after the tanks installed, run the wires, get the motor running then go fishing. I've caught fish on ugly boats, and the fish don't seem to mind, it's the suffocating that bugs em the most.
that said, if you do take the time to do it right, it'll be a very purty boat, but it takes much time / $$ for that.
