That's the way to do it, as the RI and MA non-resident licenses cost the same ($10). CT honors both resident and non-resident licenses from reciprocal states. You can get your MA license online and print it out--in fact, that's the only easy way to get it, as there are only 3 locations in Mass that sell them on-site.
