My family has owned a summer cottage within a quarter mile of Buttermilk Bay for almost 60 years. We always used the RRB high/low chart for going to the beach or for quahogging.
Wings Neck is a good two hours ahead of the RRB high/low.
I use CapeTides.com too, and there's no location lisited there inside Buttermilk Bay. AFAIK the RRB tide is the closest one. You can also use the Canal current chart as a general guide, because RRB high/low is within 20-30 minutes of slack current in the Canal.
