I love plugging and eeling, but I really struggle with drifting eels in the canal for some reason. something always goes wrong, I fumble with the line when trying to get it on the roller, I miss a lot of hits when i let the eel swing, etc. I'm going to keep at it as I've seen the results first hand
but generally speaking I suck at drifting eels. give me a rocky perch to cast and retrieve eels and plugs from and I'm right at home....
