The 10' MH is as solid as a rock, though.
All in all, I still prefer the XRA line of rods. I sold both of my Super Surfs. I had way too many rods, and it was time to thin the forest.

thanks for your feedback. That gives me just a little more added confidence in my 10 footer. confidence is always good
that's weird though, when I broke my rod when I hooked my bag it snapped in the same place....
