What he said~ Are you nuts? First I have to pay to fish waters nobody owns now you want to take it away? That's what this saltwater lisence was all about now THEY need to do their job! They know how many licenses they sold.
I think you may be talking to the wrong people here at STRIPED BASS.COM. Most of these people do the right thing and do their part for the fisheries in one way or another. Many catch and release, keeping only what they need.
