you need to just download it free from
www.jasc.com then you can RIGHT_click on a picture and open it using paintshop pro .
it has to be "saved as" a jpeg or gif not as a psp (paintshop pro) file
(its saving them to microsoft paint by default... )
dont forget to scroll up with the tiny black arrows to find the other file extensions.
