Jeremy - How many times has that happened there though, it's happened there when I fished with you and that was a year ago ... and it has happened more than once ... you either have to speak with them or give it up ... as they probably aren't even paying attention to you ...


... the other thing is you can spend a little $$, make a fake sign stating ... "beached closed to surfing when lifeguards off duty" and just post it at the entrance to the parking lot ... if you can get away with it, may deter a few to go complain to the town and then you can get a few extra days of fishing undisturbed

Can't cost too much, and if you can get away with it ... who cares?
