That is a great thing to read Steve. Took a lot of guts to write and sign something like that in those days. It wasn't like today where we can say almost anything we want. In those days , you would die if caught after taking part in writing such a declaration.
This country needs more dedication to what's Right rather than what's good for ME. Hopefully the holiday will inspire some thinking in that direction.
