the yuppies started it by out bidding each other.
Then the DINKS (Dual Income No KidS) came in and out bid each other cause they could afford crazy prices.
Then the Dot-com-ers came in and outbid the dinks cause they had cash to burn.
Now you and me are stuck forced to move to WestArmpitt just to find a one room shack !!!
