Dave, when did you take out the Ford 302, and put a chevy 305 in ???
or did you somehow find a way to punch it out and only gain 3 cubic inches????
my old F150 with the 4.6 got somewhere between 12 and 15 around town, and up to 22 on the highway, depending on how heavy the right foot was
..the wifes old expedtion with the 5.4 was the same...my now truck superduty, with the 5.4 gets an honest 11 around town, and 17 on the highway, but, it is a heavier vehicle, and geared lower...but it is nice to be driving a real truck again
