Yeah I'm not trying to undo all my damage overnight.
Started making small basic changes, like no soda or juice, cutting portion sizes down, drinking a lot more water, vitamins and exercise.
I don't smoke or drink so that's a huge plus in my corner.
I have some realistic goals set for weight loss and going to go from there.
I just neglected going to doctors all those years from lack of health insurance something I wish I would have spent the money on now.
