I brought my "good" cholesterol up from 30 to 70 (which the doctor aid was a phenomenal improvement) by having some olive oil every day and with exercise. Just plain exercise will do it to some extent . Its really easy to have some olive oil over a salad or vegies or even a small amount of pasta or fry something in it like fish or chicken. Don't be afraid to pour it on, its good for you and way cheaper and tastier than fish oil !
