I'll wager that Biden won't be Obama's running mate in 2012. Biden literally adds nothing to the Obama ticket (Obama will win Deleware with or without Biden). Unless Obama's approval numbers surge (which can only happen if the economy rebounds), Obama will have no choice.
Biden is a clown, an absolute buffoon, not any more presidential than Sarah Palin (of whom I'm not a huge fan).
