salty and spicy eels are good.eels cut in to chunks and then covered in a batter then fried and stir fried again with hot peppers.kind of like calimary but not chewy..taste like fried nuggets from the ocean

the jelly fish they serve in chinatown doesnt look like jelly fish.the dish has a slight tint to it,and shredded and its kinda crunchy not slimy..you would not know it was jelly fish unless some one told you..
