As Tuna it is YELLOWFIN and it is incredible. Japenese refer to it as AHI.
Yellowtail is a tropical reef fish and it is pretty dam good.
Dorado is killer. also known as Dolphin or Mahi Mahi.
Scup. Well, you will be raving when you finally chomp on it.
