You don't really want to put striper in the freezer do you? I find it doesn't do well thawed and looses any flavor. Striper to me isn't the best eating fish unless you can marrinate it or cook it with some type of rub, etc. Go cod fishing if you want fish for the freezer. Catch and release the stripers unless you're going to eat it that day!
