Also have to note the dryness of the snow, the nice size and spacing of the bumps vs. the chopped up crap I usually saw in the east. Most of those guys were on very short skis too. When long skis were the in thing, I would kill myself in a mogul field on a pair of 204-207s. Ski was too long and would straddle two separate bumps if at speed, and I would get launched ae the shovel loaded... Kind of like having the right rod for different fishing conditions. And we think rods are expensive?
I'll do a single bump eun with you Chris, but let me get a half dozen cruisers under my belt first....
