A publicist feeds this stuff to the press - they want the public to think she's insane and wasted. Far from it.
She's probably a size 2 and all evidence points to her more than likely being on an 1100 calorie a day diet and working out like a mofo. Because you can't just can't squeeze your ass into a leather cat suit and dance and lip sync for 45 mins if you're drinking heavily and not working out.
