I Know how you feel Goose. My solution is to work once a week and fish the rest of the time....then you only have to worry about the work hangover. Seriously, I just try to plan my spots and tides to maximize my fishing time.....either that or I just deal with the fishing hangover. More importantly...did you catch fish while you were wearing yourself out? I find that I only get the fishing hangover when I fish all night and not catch fish and then go to work. Hope you feel better.
