Thanks guys. I'm glad I was able to help some out. And another big THANK YOU to John for letting me post. Besides the loans I did for people I actually met a Real Estate agent on the site. I immediately gave him a client to help find a house. This client was a very good friend of mine and was more than happy with his service as was I. We closed on the house this month. I since sent him another friend who he is working with now. His name is Victor aka redsoxticket. I have been doing this for a while and I can honestly say that I hate working with real estate agents 99% of the time as 99% of them have no clue how things work(as the same in my business). I would highly recommend Victor to anyone looking to sell or buy. Also Pete aka BRONKO took care of some of our closings. He is a top notch real estate attorney and also a member of S-B.
