I'll try....That is how you stimulate the economy.
Take money from people who earn it and give it to other people to spend, this allows the people spending the money to spend it recklessly. The money then goes to companies that employ people who earn some of that money providing the unnecessary product or service. They then spend some of that money on gifts or donations for the people who purchase their goods or services and continue the cycle, some people get more stimulated than others.
Wait till the fire departments start getting them to "treat injuries", I can hear the ice cream truck song instead of a siren in my mind.
