coffee is actually pretty damn good for you (unless you load it with a ton of sugar/sugar substitute/creamer/etc. or greatly overuse it or are overly sensitive to caffine). it has more antioxidants than tea, just hasn't been as aggressively marked toward that end, probably because its good enough that it doesn't have to be. it has been shown to significantly reduce risk of prostate and colan cancer, parkinsons and alzheimer's (all of which run in my family, except prostate cancer). no way i'd give it up.
