Mrs. Jordan, 40, who grew up in Dedham, graduated from Fordham University and Suffolk University and married her husband in 1997, is thrilled with it. "The builders did a phenomenal job," she said.
She said after about 20 years the previous house had taken a beating from the weather and needed work. "It was time for a new house," she said.
