While I'm very happy with my bag, it's just gospel that David doesn't return emails. I bought a bag from him last year at RISAA and because of problems, he couldn't print me a receipt. I emailed him on 3 different occasions and have never heard back

. It's been 10 months now and I'm sure he's had time to check his email. Needless to say, I will not buy from him again.
