this, but replace the brown sugar or honey with chopped apples and a couple eggs over easy on the side. i enjoy it alot but i don't eat it often, really only on days where i'm going to work out heavy relatively early in the morning. usually stick with a big ham, veggie and cheese omlet for breakfast.
