They don't move up the start time because the whole country isn't on EST. Removing an inconvenience for one timezone isn't worth the lost advertising revenue of having the game start at noon on the West Coast.

Vegas is great place to be! Was there for the one against the Panthers... I had Pats score first, on first drive, it is a Viniateri field goal... 190 down for a 1600 return. He missed a chip shot!
