Hey Iwannakeeper, we're in the same boat. My best last year was a 22"er. 2"" shy of legal. so far this year I got up to 27" just 3 days after CT went from 24" - 28" to be legal. I'll release any fish I get though, unless it is big enough to get me a spot in "The Fisherman's" Dream Boat Contest drawing.
