Now you're saying that you never suggested that the goal of higher gas prices was to reverse suburban sprawl? You never said that? Then someone is logging into your account and signing on as you, at 2:04 PM today...

Discouraging sprawl means discouraging folks from moving out of the cities and into the suburbs. You said that's what our energy secretary wants. I didn't say he wants that, you did.
