I herd from a friend about what was said for AOY by some of you. And I just want to pop in and say I'm honored and thank you for even wanting to consider me! Im trully sorry for being non existent on S-B this year. I'm sure many of you understand as you get older time gets harder to find. I Refuse to accept this and would rather loose sleep then my time on the water while still keeping a job and the wife happy. I love the sport, and I've been fortunate enough in my life to have made many accomplishments in it. Sometimes I wish I could just disappear and just fish, leave all the pro staffs behind and become just another angler, but then some kid comes up and wants to take a picture or shake my hand and it makes every bit of it worth it. Im saying this because I've won enough awards, and even though I would love an AOY from S-B, my biggest award I have already been given. The ability to give back!!!! Thru seminars, articles, and being able to speak to other anglers. I by no means do i consider myself the best or even measure close to it. I'm just another fisherman like the rest of you! Again, Thank You for the nominations!
