The Hydrocoat is good. Just ran across Bluewater though - google it - big commercial type of paint company for maritime - alot of commercial guys on the Cape use it - AF45 is one of them - Cape Fishermans Supply is starting to carry it - around $100.
On the barrier coat, check out SeaHawk Barrier Coats - I am getting my bottom soda blasted after 12 years and the folks use this barrier coat exclusively.
