That email has nothing to do with being prepared or protecting your family...rather it's a lie intended to promote racism and xenophobia.
It's also absurd. With BILLIONS of cell phones circulating the planet the notion terrorists would send burka clad women out to purchase bomb parts in plain sight is ridiculous.
What's really sad about this sort of propaganda is that it works and then crap like this happens...
