I'm of two minds, but mainly I think it was fork length (which is getting estimated as the bait shops are measuring total length as opposed to fork length) in which Slip's beats Schoolie's by 1/2 an inch... The other school of thought is just to keep it simple and do overall instead of fork with the tie being weight...
