Okay - I am a newbie - but I know the rules about giving out the secret spots.
Where do you find all the laws and rules about when and where you can take vehicles on the beach?
Are there state wide permits, or does every town or county handle it differently?
I got the 4x4. I got the fishing equipement and I am ready to range out and try to break this streak of skunks or smalls.
