i pre soaked mine as always but the variety was smaller (smaller pea seeds)
and they're a non climbing bush variety that's extra early. I only pre-soaked them for around 5 hours
and they had swelled enough that i figured the germination process had begun but normally
i get everything ready and pre-soak overnight a full 8 hours.
I am still waiting too for the (main) peas to pop... i have some in an experimental bed
that was planted during that first hot week that sprouted but not that many.
just hasn't been wet enough ...but its coming
