Tha'ts awesome!! Unfortunately I don't like "absolutes" so the no booze lost me, everything in moderation right? I can handle the food diet side of things.
I'm down 20 since March. I mostly attribute it to exercise, portion control and a healthier diet (still have my drinks thought, just more conscience about it).
