The boy finally catches a striper!!!!!
Well last Friday night Jacob and I went out to do a little plugging and brought along some squid. We threw plugs for awhile but he wanted to soak some bait. After only 5 min with the squid out he landed this little guy. Very fiesty little bugger, he had a hard time holding him, couldn't lip him, every time he tried the fish would freak out and we wanted to get it back in the water so a bear hug was the method of choice for the picture. He was not so happy he missed a "keeper" for his first by just one inch......yup, 27". Very cool none the less. Now he wants one on wood. Great job Jake!!
