NOPE ! ! ! Dogs aren't gone

We had a few dogs but not like they were . Some days dogs

and some days stripers

It seems this year that there just aren't the fish around,very spotty,even in shore. you could always go and catch 10-20 small ones in years past but not this summer. Don't anybody tell me that the water is to cold or like last year,too warm etc: We seem to always have an excuse. The fish just aren't there at times.
