I've known him a long time and he's definitely 20 pounds heavier than he was a dozen years ago.
I'm not saying he's fat (I can look in the mirror to see fat!
) but there are very few of us who couldn't lose 20 pounds and the benefits on bad joints is hard to believe until you do it.
