yeah- at this current price per barrell, it should be around $2.95 per gallon according to historic pricing. but, wouldn't ya know it, the refineries are in need of maintneance which is slowing gas productiion right now. (the shocker is that they've never had a decrease in gas production before- EVER. no matter what "maintenance" needed to be done)
