Was out one night a few years back checking beach access and water conditions in Warwick sandy point area. Was raining buckets when I pulled up beside a parked SUV. Guy in the driver seat looked like he was having a seizure, clawing at the window. Just then a woman's head pops up from his lap. I got a good look at her face before slowly backing out and going on my way.
A week later I see her out at the local laundrymat with her husband in tow, it was NOT the same guy.
